About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Erie, Pennsylvania. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- Active DEA license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- Team-based and community-focused clinical approach REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
- Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
- Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting
- Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
- Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams
