About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our sales team for multiple loan products such as Business Loan, Used Car Loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Secured Business Loan, and Micro LAP. You will support customer acquisition, build channel relationships, and learn end‑to‑end lending processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting and generating leads for various loan products.
- Interact with customers to understand needs and explain product details.
- Coordinate with DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners.
- Maintain lead data, follow up regularly, and support documentation.
- Learn market trends and competitor offerings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Business/Finance preferred).
- Freshers with strong interest in sales and financial services may apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn sales processes.
- Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided).
- Goal‑oriented, energetic, and customer‑focused mindset.
