**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Operating VMC Machines:** You will set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture parts according to specifications, ensuring efficiency and quality.

– **Quality Inspection:** Regularly inspect the components produced for accuracy and quality, using various measuring tools and techniques to meet quality standards.

– **Maintenance Activities:** Conduct routine maintenance on the VMC machines, including cleaning and minor repairs, to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.

– **Data Recording:** Accurately record production data, including machine performance and any defects observed, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

– **Collaboration with Team:** Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to enhance production efficiency, providing input on process improvements where applicable.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

– **Technical Aptitude:** Basic understanding of machining processes and VMC operations is preferred, although training will be provided for fresh candidates.
