Role Description

The Director of Transportation is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Georgetown, Ontario. The role involves overseeing transportation planning, managing a sizable fleet, developing and optimizing logistics strategies, ensuring adherence to budgets, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. The Director will collaborate across departments to improve transportation efficiency and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Proven expertise in Transportation Planning and Transportation Management
• Experience in Fleet Management and developing logistics strategies
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management to ensure financial efficiency
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a related field
