Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time

Parts Avatar is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. This position requires a blend of strategic sourcing, relationship management, and administrative precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview evaluation criteria.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and engaging experience for every applicant, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all hiring practices align with local, state, and federal labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (Agency or In-house).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for “selling” the company vision.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms (Bright HR preferred), Google Workspace, and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple open roles across different departments (Tech, Sales, Operations, etc.) simultaneously.

Pay Range :$42,000-$45,000
