Investment & Planning Officer
to join us on a
2‑month fixed‑term contract.You’ll support the delivery of our asset investment and business planning activities, helping to analyse data, develop plans, and ensure investment programmes align with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Support asset investment and stock condition programmes
• Assist with business planning and financial modelling
• Analyse performance and investment data
• Work collaboratively with finance, asset management, and development teams

About you:

• Experience in investment planning, asset management, or a similar role (housing or public sector preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and financial information
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment
