Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Airport Supervisor to join our team in Delhi. This role is important for ensuring that all airport operations run smoothly and safely while providing excellent service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Team Coordination**: You will supervise airport staff, ensuring they follow procedures and work efficiently as a team.
2. **Operations Management**: Oversee daily airport operations, including check-in, security, and boarding processes, to ensure timely performance.
3. **Passenger Assistance**: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with queries, helping with luggage, and addressing concerns.
4. **Safety Compliance**: Monitor all safety regulations, ensuring that the airport environment adheres to required standards and protocols.
5. **Reporting**: Prepare reports on daily operations, staff performance, and passenger feedback to improve services continually.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a minimum of 10th-grade education and ideally have 0-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with staff and passengers. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, showing leadership qualities and a commitment to teamwork. Flexibility in shifts is necessary as airport operations run 24/7. Candidates must also be adaptable to changes and able to respond calmly to unexpected situations.
