We are looking for a Sales Incharge to manage our sales operations in Delhi. This full-time position requires a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have a 12th-grade education and be male.
The main responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. You will lead daily sales meetings to track progress and motivate the team. You will also handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.
In addition, you will analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. Collaborating with other departments will be essential to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales reports and presenting them to management on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and the sales team. You should be highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of sales processes and the ability to lead and inspire a team are crucial for success in this role. You should also be comfortable using sales software and tools to track performance and streamline processes.
