Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• State certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience in assessment, counseling, and behavioral intervention within school settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development, 504 plans, and special education processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on interdisciplinary teams and with diverse student populations
• Commitment to ethical standards and continual professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
• Support the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to students individually and in groups
• Offer consultation and training to school staff on behavior management and best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal legal guidelines
• Act as an advocate for student mental health and inclusivity within the school environment
