St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a probationary full-time Grade 4 teaching position at Sacred Heart School in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Experience with/knowledge of Daily 5, literacy/numeracy interventions and a willingness to support extra-curricular programming is an asset. This position will begin August 27, 2026 and end June 30, 2027.
Ability to assist in the schools co-curricular and extra-curricular programs would be considered an asset. Possessing a certificate in Catholic Education from St. Joseph’s College is an asset.

Applicants are encouraged to submit their resume along with two reference letters. A pastoral reference, although not required, would be considered an asset. Successful applicants will be required to submit a current (within 6 months) Criminal Record Check inclusive of a vulnerable sector check and a current Alberta Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within 6 months).
